For a while now, I've wanted to get myself a digital camera. I'm not used to get much for myself (mainly for monetary reasons). However, I am going to DR to see my parents in May and I would love to actually have pics of my trip. I got some gift cards for Christmas, so I decided to put it toward my camera. I went to Circuit City in the hopes that they would be having awesome sales because they're going out of business. That didn't happen. The sales were barely that. 10% off, a liquidation sale does not make. And on top of that, the selection was weak. I tried my hand at Target, mainly because it was next door. I saw a camera I totally fell in love with. Well, as much as one can fall for an inanimate object. It was pretty, sleek, plumy (in color, not that it has plumage)...and the best part it was on SALE!!! Yeah, too bad they were out of stock and Target apparently does not care about making a sale, because they wouldn't let me buy the display model. Needless to say I left very unsatisfied.
Upon getting home I turn to the interwebs and what should I stumble upon but my camera on Amazon for the same price I saw it in Target...no, actually it's cheaper. I am hopefully going to buy it tomorrow (crossing fingers) Yay, internet!
